Alan Joseph Oliver releases ‘Thinking on the Other Side of Zero: An Intuitive Philosophy of Mind, Memory and Reality’
The late Dr. Bevan Reid, MD., gave Alan Joseph Oliver some basic explanations of how he thought the information was retained in space. He has done his best to validate Reid’s work in that field, and that of Bohm and Hiley in reference to Bohm’s wholeness and the Implicate Order. He wants to document what he has learned and make it available to others facing a similar problem. It is for this reason he writes, “Thinking on the Other Side of Zero: An Intuitive Philosophy of Mind, Memory, and Reality” (published by Xlibris AU).
In this book, Oliver presents an alternative view of mind, memory, and consciousness itself. He has drawn upon his experience as a healer, together with his observations of personal experience considered against what he has found in yoga and science. While much of his view of science is drawn from the work of Dr. Reid, the conclusions he has drawn are entirely his own.
“This book is relevant because there is only one universal conscious mind and one universal self in everybody. It is relevant because reality is cyclic in that it creates, sustains, and dissolves, a rule, which covers particles, atoms, matter, and life forms. Our Western society places emphasis on life and shuns the fact of death as a step between lifetimes, making death something to avoid at all costs. This is the cause of competition leading to self-interest and ultimately the chasm between the haves and the have-nots; the source of poverty,” Oliver says.
When asked what he wants readers to take away from the book, Oliver answers, “I learned from personal experience that I think differently and have been able to trace that difference to having febrile convulsions at the age of four. I have always (since then) had an empty mind as my ‘normal state’ and my experiences come from living in the empty state moment.” For more details about the book, please visit https://www.xlibris.com/en-au/bookstore/bookdetails/839576-thinking-on-the-other-side-of-zero
