Author Travis Lowery’s new book “Trust the Process” shares the author’s firsthand experiences of growth meant to inspire all readers to overcome obstacles

Recent release “Trust the Process” from Page Publishing author Travis Lowery is a compelling memoir that shares the author’s journey. It was written in hopes that readers avoid some of these changes and challenges.

Travis Lowery has completed his new book “Trust the Process”: a gripping and potent memoir that offers firsthand insight into striving to get off the streets and developing a strong sense of purpose and community.

Author Travis Lowery is a certified coach, trainer, teacher, and speaker and the founder of You’re the Best Inc. He has worked with the community as a community development board member and has served as an ambassador with the delegation to Tallahassee, representing Catalyst Miami and the people of South Dade. As an entrepreneur and mentor, he has employed the youth throughout the years. He loves his community and knows that everyone has a responsibility to contribute to making it as great as it can be.

Lowery writes, “I can remember the times when I had more than enough to survive. Going on shopping sprees, having no ceiling on how much I spent every time. Spending a few thousand dollars a week in the clubs, going on vacation with my family two or three times a year. Lavishing myself and family members with gold and diamonds. Walking around with five to six thousand in my pockets just because giving to people as if I was Robin Hood. I was blessed but stupid with it. Cursed, but glorified in my own right.”

He continues, “Yes, I, Travis Lowery, was the same type of person everyone hates, but I couldn’t see it. Drenched in the systematics that has destroyed many men before and now. The thirst for materialism, social status, and being controlled by greed fools you. I was a weed distributor, and I smoked a least a pound and a half monthly. Yes, I dedicated myself to something that almost had me killed! That is something that I let go way back but is still following me today and being judged in everything I do today.”

Published by Page Publishing, Travis Lowery’s meaningful work offers hope and encouragement to readers, providing wisdom and valuable knowledge to help guide them through their journeys.

Readers who wish to experience this inspiring work can purchase “Trust the Process” online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.

  • Author Jeffrey Demitrack’s new book “Dating in the Dark” is a profound memoir that discusses the traumas and stress faced by the author while dating with epilepsy

Author Jeffrey Demitrack’s new book “Dating in the Dark” is a profound memoir that discusses the traumas and stress faced by the author while dating with epilepsy

Recent release “Dating in the Dark” from Page Publishing author Jeffrey Demitrack is an eye-opening account that details moments in the author’s dating life that have been impacted by his epileptic seizures. By sharing his story, Demitrack hopes to shed light on seizure disorders and how they disrupt one’s everyday life while helping others with epilepsy know they are not alone.

Jeffrey Demitrack, earned his master’s degree in counseling psychology from Cambridge College and has enjoyed many careers, including participating in the family business, sales, and IT work for the New York Department of Education, has completed his new book “Dating in the Dark: A Memoir About Dating Disasters with Epilepsy, Anxiety, and Psychotic Breaks”: a powerful memoir that details the authors experiences in trying to find a romantic partner while dealing with epileptic seizures that have often derailed his dating plans.

“My story isn’t easy to tell. It’s hard to put into words exactly what I’ve felt or experienced, and some moments are simply too graphic to describe,” writes Demitrack. “I still thought I’d give it a try because epilepsy is something I’m stuck with for life, and that’s something I can’t escape. I hope my story helps open up a dialogue about this disorder and gives people a chance to relate to it in a way they might not have previously. Epilepsy hasn’t gotten the attention or funding it deserves, but as the public hears about how common it is and sees famous people whose lives it has touched, there have gradually been more and more people taking notice.”

Demitrack continues, “This book is about a unique subset of the seizures I’ve had while suffering from intractable epilepsy while exploring my sexuality. The word ‘intractable’ is stuck in front of my diagnosis because it means that my epilepsy doesn’t respond well to medicinal treatment. I’ve had thousands of seizures, of different types, but I wanted to describe to you some that were traumatic not only for me but for other people in my life at the time. Whether it was with an exclusive girlfriend, a first date, or others, an epileptic seizure thwarted any plans I had for the evening.”

The author finishes by sharing, “I hope you will enjoy this deeply personal story with an open mind. As you read, you will see I lost many meaningful relationships on top of other components that would have contributed to a higher quality of life. The more I lost, the harder it was to find relationships. If this book helps one person to understand epilepsy and relationships better, the time and effort to write it was well worth it.”

Published by Page Publishing, Jeffrey Demitrack’s enthralling story invites readers to experience what life is like for those who live with epilepsy and find themselves in the dark and having no control over when a seizure occurs. In this raw and honest approach, Demitrack details the complexities of being a lover and romantic partner, along with the confusion and loneliness that can be felt by those afflicted with epilepsy.

Readers who wish to experience this engaging work can purchase “Dating in the Dark: A Memoir About Dating Disasters with Epilepsy, Anxiety, and Psychotic Breaks” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.

Leadership Coach, Mark S. Lewis, Teaches Business Owners and CEOs, “The Unthinkable Approach To Hiring” and How to Excel as a Business Leaders in his “CEO Playbook”

Best-selling author, celebrated executive coach, inspirational speaker, thought-provoking business leader, and successful serial entrepreneur Mark S. Lewis provides business owners and CEOs with an interview hiring tool and a 10-session course to learn how to become more successful leaders.

BATON ROUGE, LA. (PRWEB) DECEMBER 28, 2022

According to leadership coach and best-selling author Mark S. Lewis, business owners or CEOs must understand their job candidate’s motivations, values, and thinking processes before they can hire the right person to fit their company culture. In his latest book, “The Unthinkable Approach to Hiring,” Lewis provides a guide with interview prompts. This unique and successful method helps business owners and CEOs find an “A” player with the right attitude amongst their resumes.

Lewis’s “Unthinkable Approach to Hiring” interview tool includes 90+ prompts to help business owners and CEOs find the best candidates with the right skills for the job. The prompts are simple: the interviewer asks one to two words or phrases, revealing the job applicant’s thought process and tendencies. How each candidate responds will demonstrate how they think critically, solve problems, manage stress, and whether or not they will be a good cultural fit for the company. “This tool may help you successfully locate the star player with the MVP attitude that may have been lost in an enormous pile of applications,” Lewis says.

As a best-selling author, celebrated executive coach, inspirational speaker, thought-provoking business leader, and successful serial entrepreneur, Lewis maintains the same message of his first book, “Give a D*mm!: The Ticket to Cultural Change,” with his CEO Round Table Playbook. The playbook, designed to inspire and transform leaders teaches them essential skills in ten monthly sessions. “Participants will learn how to gain the upper hand in professional growth and benefit themselves and the organizations they represent. The course promotes collaboration between participants, which evolves into a valuable peer-to-peer exchange of different visions. I believe better ideas come to us when we focus our attention on people first,” Lewis said, “I teach business owners and CEOs new ways of thinking.”

Lewis built the CEO Round Table Leadership Course around the core values of education, empowerment, and empathy. Participants learn strategies in several areas, including building a plan for success and developing the best practices in sales, marketing, and human resources. The course also informs leaders how to inspire productivity through employee engagement or boost employee morale. Some of the “indispensable skills” leaders will learn to include better hiring approaches, reducing waste, increasing productivity, and setting goals aligned with core values. Throughout the ten round table discussions, leaders will also learn to:

    • Craft a superior vision or mission statement,
    • Set goals using the SMART method,
    • Apply the best practices in human resources and human capital leadership,
    • Develop best marketing and sales practices, understand financial statements,
    • Discover new ways of thinking toward success, implement practices that improve employee morale, and
    • Expand leadership through emotional intelligence and empathy.

The leadership course has developed a reputation for including something for every type of business owner. A sample agenda for the monthly round table includes networking for CEOs, ways for them to discuss their business goals, identify the challenges they want to address, and workshop their core values collectively.

Lewis recently explained the importance of his leadership course curriculum during an episode of the Beyond Confidence podcast with Divya Parekh. “The most important thing a business owner or CEO can do is to set business goals. You communicate these goals to the employees within your company, so they help you get towards meeting those goals,” he said, “Goals have to be specific, measurable, obtainable, realistic, and timely. Make sure you measure where you are relative to those goals and then pivot accordingly due to the economic environment and other factors.”

Blair’s wonderful collection of short stories, some written decades ago, had been stashed in a duffel bag under a bed. Lucky for the book’s young readers, the bag of stories was pulled out from the darkness. Blair’s imaginative thoughts brought the characters from each story to life as she imagined them collectively saying, “We almost turned to dust in the duffel.” Each of the book’s full of life characters has a story to tell about persevering challenges and thereby discovering important life lessons. Spiritual growth lessons explore wishing, trusting, self-discovery, feeling important and more. Each quick-to-read story provides the reader with many valuable morals that parents and children will appreciate.

When asked what inspired the author to publish these stories, Blair said, “At all times, all people need the Lord. Most people plan for the future, why not plan for eternity?”

Jean Blair was born into a huge and diverse family, which, over time, became more enormous and even more diverse. Sitting at the family table was like sitting in the United Nations. Blair and her four siblings grew up in Queens, New York, which gave her a taste of every single part of the world. She considers herself everyone’s neighbor. When she was a very young child, her mother introduced her to the Lord. She recalls being aware of His presence from the time she was about four or five years old. Besides authoring and illustrating this book, Blair enjoys writing poetry, singing and telling stories.

  • Liam Edward’s book “A Marriage to An Asexual Bisexual: A Book Of Poems” shares a journey of confusion, resentment, anger, and concerns over a period of about thirty days.

Liam Edward’s book “A Marriage to An Asexual Bisexual: A Book Of Poems” shares a journey of confusion, resentment, anger, and concerns over a period of about thirty days.

Recent release “A Marriage to An Asexual Bisexual: A Book Of Poems” from Page Publishing author Liam Edward is a collection of poems presented in chronological order as they were written over those thirty days. It’s a journey that has allowed Liam to process everything that has happened and everything that was presently going on in his life.

Liam Edward, who grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, has completed his new book “A Marriage to An Asexual Bisexual: A Book Of Poems”: a book of poems that takes readers on a journey through the author’s mind as he processes the broken marriage with his wife who was the love of his life.

Liam’s wife came out as asexual and bisexual, which confused Liam as to what his role was in the relationship. When Liam’s wife came out, they were already separated for about nine months. Liam’s wife asked him to move back in and work on the marriage. There were some hurdles to overcome, though.

When his wife came out as asexual and bisexual, his wife also told him that she was sexually roleplaying on Twitter using characters from Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Broadway plays and movies. Liam told his wife that he was willing to work with her coming out as asexual and bisexual because he loved his wife very much but was not willing to accept her sexual roleplaying while being married. His wife agreed to stop the sexual roleplay, so Liam moved back in to work on the marriage. A few months later while cuddling in bed at night, Liam saw his wife sexually roleplaying on Twitter and told his wife the next morning that she was cheating on him. Things went south really fast.

After Liam confronted his wife about the cheating, his wife kicked him out of the house. Liam spent that weekend scared, confused, and confiding in the bottle. Liam relapsed after being sober for some time. Liam went into rehab where he met with his therapist every week. His therapist challenged Liam to journal every day to get his thoughts and emotions out so that he could process them. The journaling led to writing poems.

Author Liam Edward is an avid sports fan of the local sports teams. Liam is the youngest of five siblings and grew up in a great household. Liam graduated college from a small liberal arts college in North Carolina in 1998. Liam has spent most of his professional career in restaurant management. In 2007, Liam met the woman of his dreams and was married to her in June 2008. Liam and his wife grew their family via the foster-to-adopt program. They have three kids together.

Liam started writing poems in the fall of 2021 after going through a lot of personal and relationship issues. Writing poems was very therapeutic for Liam to get his thoughts and emotions out and to deal with them healthily. Liam is a recovering alcoholic and a friend of Bill. In his spare time, Liam likes to hang out with his kids, goes to sporting events, and loves going to the movies. Liam also takes time each day to work on his poems and other artistic avenues.

Published by Page Publishing, Liam Edward’s remarkable work invites readers inside the mind of the author as he processes this life-changing experience.

Readers who wish to experience this thoughtful work can purchase “A Marriage to An Asexual Bisexual: A Book Of Poems” at bookstores everywhere, or online at the Apple iTunes Store, Amazon, Google Play, or Barnes and Noble.

Stacy Watson’s new book “Glass of Seduction” is about a young orphan from a poor village in Spain, who died before she reached her dream of experiencing true love

Recent release “Glass of Seduction” from Page Publishing author Stacy Watson details how Sierra’s departure from life was a tragic one. She was able to return as a spirit, but when she returns, it’s with the desire to find true love.

Stacy Watson, a devoted husband and father, has completed his new book “Glass of Seduction”: a riveting tale that explores the cliché that love can overcome all obstacles, including death, with a unique lens.

Watson writes, “This story is about a nine year old Spanish girl who lived in a poor little town of Spain. Her name was Sierra. She was abandoned by her family and was forced to live alone in a little shack. There was a vineyard not too far from the shack that Sierra lived in. Every day she would ask the owners, who was an elderly couple, if she could work for meals. They obliged her request and allowed her to gather up the grapes from their vines. Sierra didn’t have the comforts of living that many of us get to experience. Her living quarters only consisted of wood floors, walls, and roof which was in very poor condition.
